Configuration Manager 2007: Advertisement status error


Fellow MVP from Canada Garth Jones has encountered an error while checking the Advertisement Status for a Specific time frame in Configuration Manager 2007, after the error message the console crashes.

Automating Configuration Manager 2007 Remote Server Migrations to CM 2012 Version with Configuration Manager Physical to Virtual Migration Toolkit (CTP)


SystemCenter_Logo These are really exciting news, during MMS 2011 it was announced from the Configuration Manager Team, that there is a tool available in Community Technology Preview (CTP )Version which will facilitate the migration of Remote Site Servers that need to be retained during the Side-by-Side Migration process of Configuration Manager 2007 to Configuration Manager 2012.

The strange non-operation of Context menu entry “Manage” on Start Menu and Desktop Icon “Computer” item.
